Italy so far has been everything that postcards promise and people say. Incredible food, ancient cities, fashionable people, vineyards, canals, and more. 

A friend is graciously letting Rachel and I (along with friends Rebecca and Erica) stay at their house in Treviso. We have been here a few days and are on a 2 day trip to Florence and Cinque Terre, driving through the countryside. You can pray for us on the driving side because everything here is stick and we had a small, tiny incident last night where Sarah accidentally told Erica to drive on the wrong side of the road. 

We survived and today Erica successfully drove 300 miles on the correct side of the road. Florence is awe-inspiring. Michelangelo’s David and the Duomo made us catch our breath with their beauty.
